However, if you have a metal allergy or concerns, please refrain from placing a custom order. ■ 14KGF (14K Gold Filled) is a material made using a special process where a layer of gold is pressure-bonded to a base metal like copper. Unlike regular gold plating, it offers long-lasting color retention and is a high-quality material favored in European, American, and Japanese handmade markets. ■ Before placing an order, please confirm the size details and compare them with the actual product photos on the page. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as the size not meeting expectations or not being as imagined, unless the item is defective. Please respect the time, effort, and resources invested by the artisan. ■ Some of ROPEshop's handmade accessories are custom-made after an order is placed. Therefore, adjustments can be made according to your needs. ■ To measure your wrist circumference, use a soft tape measure to fit snugly around your wrist bones, where you would typically wear a watch. Alternatively, wrap a string around your wrist without pulling it tight, then lay it flat and measure the length with a ruler. ■ Wrist circumference is not the bracelet length. For custom orders, we will add approximately 1cm to 1.5cm to your wrist circumference based on the bracelet's inner diameter to allow for comfortable wear and ease of fastening, preventing it from being too tight or too loose. ■ Recommended care for your accessories: 1. Avoid exposing accessories to water, moisture, or contact with acidic or alkaline substances like body lotions and perfumes. 2. Avoid wearing them while sweating or for extended periods in the summer. 3. Do not wear them while sleeping, as this can cause friction and wear on plated surfaces. 4. After removing metal accessories, gently wipe them with a soft cloth or an eyeglass cloth (to remove surface oils and sweat) before storing them in a sealed bag or a zip-lock bag. 5. For items that are not plated (e.g., bare sterling silver or gold), do not use a silver polishing cloth or rub them vigorously back and forth, as this can damage the plated surface. 6. It is recommended to wear and store your accessories in rotation to extend their beauty and lifespan.
