Professional coaches will lead you to learn basic river tracing techniques and ensure safety at high altitudes. While not specifically requiring physical fitness, swimming ability, or experience, better physical coordination and training will be helpful for future river tracing adventures. **【Group Size】**
This activity requires a minimum of 5 people to proceed, with a coach to student ratio of 1:5.
If the group size is less than 5 people, the activity will be canceled and notice will be given two nights before the activity.
**【Refund Policy】**
Due to factors beyond control such as weather:
In case of typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, road conditions, and other natural disasters that cannot be controlled, for the sake of safety, the coach reserves the right to change the itinerary based on the actual situation. You can choose to postpone or cancel and receive a refund (a refund fee of 200 NT dollars per person will be deducted for administrative and insurance costs). If the coach judges that there are safety concerns upon arrival at the scene on the day of the activity and announces the cancellation of the activity, 200 NT dollars per person will be deducted for personnel and insurance fees, and the rest will be refunded. If the weather suddenly changes during the activity or if you cannot complete the entire activity due to safety considerations or personal reasons, no refund will be provided.
Personal reasons:
If cancellation is requested 7 days before the start of the activity, a full refund will be given.
If cancellation is requested 4-6 days before the start of the activity (including the 6th day), 30% of the order cost will be deducted as a handling fee.
If cancellation is requested 1-3 days before the start of the activity (including the 3rd day), no refund will be given.
If cancellation is requested on the day of the activity, no refund will be given.
If rescheduling is requested due to personal reasons, it will be treated as a cancellation and handled according to the above cancellation policy.
If the participation in the activity is discontinued due to reasons that cannot be attributed to the organizer, no refund will be given.
