◆**One order is one work**, at most one person can accompany you! If you have other family members or friends, please wait in the lounge area.
**[Course Cancellation Policy]**
If you are unable to attend after payment is completed, a handling fee of 30% of the event price will be charged.
Since the venue and materials need to be prepared 7 days before the event, no returns or exchanges will be accepted from the day before the event to 7 days before the event.
* If you cancel the course 7 days before the course (excluding the course start date), the full amount will be refunded after deducting the handling fee.
* Cancellation will not be accepted from 7 days before the course to the day of the course. You can transfer or reschedule your place to another time. Please inform us and provide the name and contact information of the proxy participant.
* No cancellation will be accepted for rescheduled events.
* If you terminate your participation in the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer (e.g. you don’t want to do it halfway through, you are not feeling well and cannot continue the production, etc.), no refund will be given.
* Date changes cannot be accepted 3 days before or on the day of the course. If you change the date on the day, it will be deemed as giving up the course and no refund will be given.
* If the weather conditions cause the suspension of classes or work, a full refund will be given.
