We put considerable effort into our creations, and there's no intention to spoil or burn them. However, if there is a significant, unexpected crack after baking, the designer will unreservedly bake a new one. This is our guarantee. We must emphasize repeatedly that "sketches and the actual product will not be 100% identical." The designs on the cake are meticulously recreated using a piping bag, essentially redrawing the sketch. Variations are inevitable. The cake is baked after the design is complete. During baking, the cake expands and shrinks, so we can only ensure the overall concept remains the same. An oven is not a printer; it cannot perfectly replicate and paste. How to store the rich cheesecake and its texture after thawing? About 30-60 minutes before cutting, let the cake thaw at room temperature. It will have a slight frosty or smooth ice cream-like texture, which children will love! 💕 Since refrigerator temperatures vary, please gauge when it's firm enough to cut. If your refrigerator is very cold, you can let it sit a bit longer to soften. When thawing at room temperature, condensation on the cake surface is normal. In a rush and worried it's not thawed enough, making it too hard to cut – an awkward situation. We suggest storing it in the "refrigerator" to thaw slowly.
