We've combined this pattern, which appears in various forms such as on wagashi boxes, dyed textiles, and ceramics, with a bowtie. While bowties might typically evoke a Western image, this piece blends Japanese tradition with Western style using a classic Japanese pattern. Like any regular bowtie, it can be paired with a shirt.
