Whether it's your beloved pet or an endangered marine creature, or a special date worth commemorating, if it's a moment you wish to pause and keep, tshiu will embroider that beautiful scene for you. You can choose any style you desire (e.g., framed embroidery, brooch, patch, necklace, etc.). (Please read the following carefully for a better ordering experience. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.) ◤ Ordering Notes ◢ . Production begins after your order is confirmed and payment is received. The production time is 7-14 business days (excluding holidays and shipping time). . For custom orders, the price will be quoted separately based on size, complexity, and other factors. A dedicated listing will be created for your order. Please do not place an order directly on this page. . For urgent orders, please message the designer first to inquire about availability and express service fees. . All items are 100% handmade. Even items of the same style may have slight variations. . Photos may have slight color differences due to thread light refraction or screen resolution variations. The actual product color is the standard. . Custom orders are not covered by the 7-day appreciation period and are non-refundable. . Once a custom order is placed, production begins, and refunds or cancellations cannot be processed. Your understanding is appreciated. ◤ Ordering Process ◢ 1. Browse the product images in our shop to see if tshiu's style resonates with you. 2. Send your photos, ideas, and requirements to tshiu via "Contact Designer" for smooth communication. ⇉ For "framed embroidery" pieces, tshiu will complete a pencil sketch and send it to you within 3 days. Two revisions of the sketch are complimentary. ⇇ 3. Confirm your design and complete the order and payment. Production will then be scheduled. 4. Hand-embroidering takes 7-14 business days to complete (excluding holidays and shipping time). 5. Upon completion, you will be notified, and your item will be shipped. ◤ Materials ◢ Embroidery threads from France, Germany, and Japan. ◤ Origin ◢ Taiwan / Handmade ◤ Embroidery Care Instructions ◢ . For minor stains, gently wipe with a wet wipe. Do not scrub forcefully. . If the embroidery gets wet, allow it to air dry naturally or use a hairdryer on a cool setting. . When not in use, store in a resealable bag or a box to prevent dust accumulation.
