● Please provide confirmation of the photo image you want to order and send it to customer service *must be clear
Please do not use screenshots, the resolution will be very poor! The printed image will be grainy and cannot be returned.
● If you want to change the second photo (inclusive), the fee is $500 each time, and the change will be accepted after payment.
● Production takes 12 working days (excluding holidays), starting from * after confirming the photos. The first day of production is counted.

｜Things to note before purchasing｜
● The product photos shown on the screen may have color differences. Please refer to the actual product for color. If you mind the color difference, please do not buy it.
● The design studio’s shipping days are Monday to Friday 10:00-16:00. Shipments cannot be made on weekends and national holidays.
● Supermarket pick-up means that you will arrive at the supermarket within 48 hours after shipment. It does not mean that you can receive the items within 48 hours.
● If the shipping time is exceeded, the shipment will be postponed to the next day.
● If it is extremely urgent, please send a message to the designer first and we will send it out urgently with extra freight.
● If there is no one at home to receive the goods, it is recommended to choose a supermarket to pick up the goods.
