No need to add or subtract for looseness. As these are handmade, we aim for the most suitable size, typically allowing for about 1cm of adjustability. Regular cord replacement is a form of maintenance for your bracelet. ●● ●● Warranty & After-Sales Service ● A 1-month warranty is provided. If the bracelet experiences issues like unraveling or breaking during wear, the cord can be replaced free of charge (you will only need to cover round-trip shipping). ● If the cord becomes worn after prolonged wear and needs replacement, a service fee of $100 NTD will apply, plus round-trip shipping. ● If you wish to replace spacer beads or accessories after extended wear, a material and service fee of $200 NTD will apply, plus round-trip shipping (replacement of main charms or special accessories is not included and will be quoted separately based on the design).
