Gemstones and sterling silver are sourced from trusted industry partners. Plating is carried out using both jewelry and industrial plating techniques. If you have concerns about material allergies, please feel free to consult the designer before placing your order. Most items in our studio are made-to-order. The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. In-stock items are shipped within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please allow for a waiting period. If you require the jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for availability or to discuss if expedited production is possible. Items processed through external factories require a longer lead time. Items requiring factory processing include: wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving. Items priced at or above NT$2,000 will be presented in a jewelry box (boxes for items under NT$2,000 are available for separate purchase). 2. Non-plated sterling silver items will include a polishing cloth. 3. For environmental reasons, multiple items purchased will be packaged in the most minimalist way possible (items that include a box will still be boxed). For jewelry with gemstones or plating, it is recommended to remove them before showering. 2. Avoid direct contact with chemicals such as perfumes. 3. When not in use, wipe with a soft cloth/polishing cloth and store in a sealed bag. 4. For plated jewelry, use a soft cloth for cleaning; do not use a polishing cloth. 『Return Policy』 Returns and refunds are not accepted for custom orders, including variations in color or specifications (gemstone color, arrangement, size, material, plating), personalized engraving, or conversion to clip-on earrings.
