【Cancellation and Change】
• If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to contact you and issue a full refund.
• How to cancel
--If you notify the cancellation 7 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), the money will be refunded after deducting the handling fee. The handling fee varies according to the payment method.
--If the notice is canceled 7 days to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
--Cancellation will not be accepted within 3 days to the day before the departure date, and no refund will be made.
--If the participation in the activity is terminated due to reasons that are not responsible for the organizer, the money will not be refunded.
• How to change the date
--The date can be changed within 7 days to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), but only once, and only for activities of the same organizer.
--If there is a price difference after the change, the overcharge will be refunded and the underpayment will be made up.

--Date changes are not accepted within 3 days to the day of departure.
