Place the hot compress pad on a clean, microwave-safe plate or container and put it in the microwave. 2. We recommend starting with 30-40 seconds to test the temperature. ※If it's not hot enough, add 5-10 second increments gradually until you find your ideal temperature. 3. Do not heat for more than 3 minutes to avoid burns from excessive heat or damage to the product. **For safety reasons, minors should not perform the heating process.
