・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・After completing the order and checkout, the purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical ticket will be issued. Please arrive at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-class notification will be sent.
・Orders that are not paid for after placement are considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Unpaid orders will not be counted towards student lists.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The rules are as follows:
. According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are processed as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class start date, a refund of 95% of the total actual paid amount will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class start date, a refund of 90% of the total actual paid amount will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class start date, a refund of 80% of the total actual paid amount will be issued.
. Rescheduling is permitted for classes within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot adhere to the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
. For cancellations or rescheduling on the day of the class, no refunds or reschedules will be accepted as materials and seating arrangements have already been prepared by the instructor. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
. To protect the rights of other participants, attendees arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show.
. For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and name. All refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this activity.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Unpaid companions are not allowed to accompany or join the activity unless a child requires parental assistance or for special circumstances requiring parent-child participation, which can be inquired about by calling the venue in advance.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the activity starts, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the activity. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Food and beverages are not permitted in the handicraft studio. This class includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience activity for documentation and promotional purposes, which will be uploaded to xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and images containing your likeness may be used for event records or other recruitment promotional channels.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
