* To ensure teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed in the classroom. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class begins. Please do not arrive early to avoid waiting.
* To maintain the flow of the class for all students, latecomers will not receive individual explanations.
"Please do not be late" as it may disrupt the session for others.
To ensure the rights of other students, entry will be denied for those more than 10 minutes late. Rescheduling for a makeup class is permitted once within two months.
* Food and drinks are prohibited in the classroom. Please bring covered beverages to prevent spills.
* Classes may be filmed for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform staff upon arrival so we can avoid capturing your image. By attending, you consent to Dottie Studio using images and footage of you and your work.
* The classroom operates by appointment only. Once a class is booked, cancellations, refunds, and same-day rescheduling are not permitted. The following circumstances allow for one reschedule or transfer within two months:
1. Weather-related closures announced by government authorities for the local area.
2. Unforeseen circumstances preventing class operation, such as power outages or equipment failure.
3. Lateness.
4. Special circumstances, such as illness or traffic accidents, which can be discussed.
