We cherish its relaxed, natural texture, which develops a beautiful "patina" over time rather than "deteriorating." As our fabric is woven on shuttle looms over 100 years old in Kurashiki, occasional "weaving flaws" may appear, looking like minor "frays." These are unavoidable characteristics of using vintage machinery. While we conduct thorough inspections at our factory and carefully select fabric pieces to minimize their appearance, and even position them in less noticeable areas if found, they cannot be entirely eliminated due to the nature of the machinery.
