The fragrance oils are IFRA certified, safe for pregnant women, children, and pets. · Production begins after your order is placed. Shipping will take 4-10 business days, processed in order of receipt. · As all items are hand-colored, slight variations may occur in the actual product. (Colors may also appear slightly different on various phone screens.) · Candles are made with natural and eco-friendly wax materials. Frosting, slight color variations, minor air bubbles, and uneven surfaces are normal occurrences. Please consider this if you are a perfectionist. · Orders totaling less than $150 (excluding shipping fees) will not be processed. · If separate packaging is required, please inform us in advance. Otherwise, all items will be packaged together. · When burning the candle without a container, please use a candle holder, plate, or paper to catch the melted wax. · When purchasing items that resemble cream, color bleeding is a normal phenomenon. · Candles are fragile items. Please handle with care during unboxing and record a video as proof. If there are any defects or chips, please message us privately to allow us the opportunity to compensate and improve. · All products are meticulously handcrafted after ordering. Customized items are non-refundable or exchangeable.
