Q1: Do I need to make a reservation? A1: Yes, reservations are required as our studio space is limited. We reserve spots for participants who have booked and completed their payment. Q2: Can my companion who isn't making a bracelet join me in the store? A2: Due to limited studio space, each participant must be creating a bracelet. Companions are welcome to wait in the store or explore the nearby area. Q3: Are the crystal and gemstone combinations pre-set, or can I choose my own? A3: You'll have access to hundreds of crystals, gemstones, spacer beads, charms, and pendants to choose from. Feel free to design and arrange your bracelet as you wish! Q4: What if I need to change my booking date or time after placing an order? A4: For same-day workshops, as materials and arrangements are prepared in advance, we are unable to offer refunds or rescheduling on the day of the class. No-shows will be considered forfeiture of the booking. However, if other time slots are available on the same day, we can assist with a time change. Q5: What if I'm running late? A5: If you do not notify us in advance on the day of your booking, to respect the time of other participants, a delay of 20 minutes will be considered a forfeiture of your reservation, and no refund will be issued. Q6: Can I make a bracelet as a gift? A6: Absolutely! Please ensure you know the recipient's wrist size beforehand. Adjustments to the finished bracelet after completion will incur additional fees for labor and materials. A minimum of one person is required to start a class. All classes are by appointment only. The instructor will provide step-by-step demonstrations and guidance. If a finished piece has irreparable flaws due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased. ● The class duration is approximately 1 hour, but may vary depending on the complexity of the chosen design. Your creation will be ready to take home the same day. ● A mobile phone tripod is available at the venue for recording and photography. ● As the crystal selection area is limited, all participants in a time slot will select their crystals together. If you are concerned about crowds or a shared selection experience, please consider this carefully before booking. ● As each time slot is booked, our staff will call to confirm 1 hour in advance. To protect the rights of our scheduled participants, if you forget your appointment time and are unable to attend, it will be considered a forfeiture. ★ Please adhere to the instructor's safety guidelines regarding equipment operation during the class. Female participants may need to tie back their hair for safety.
