Unlike PU or patent leather that appears flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains unique patterns and marks from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches may occur during processing, shipping, and production. These are considered normal if the leather surface is not broken. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid them unless they are large scars. Please consider carefully if you are concerned. Every step is done by hand. While the finished product cannot compare to the perfection of machine-produced items, it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, over time and with different usage habits, the leather will develop personal scratch marks, darken, gain a patina, and gradually form a unique appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches, storage times, and even different parts of the same hide due to varying absorption rates. Colors will not be consistent between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made to order [Customized Order]. Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided at checkout, it will be assumed that you agree to the designer choosing the "stitching color" and that the "embossing area" will be left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a mistake in the specifications, our "custom products" do not have an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.). We understand that "online customization" may sound risky, so if you have very specific requirements, it may be safer to purchase from a physical store.
