Aquamarine pendant. Wire is antiqued pure copper wire. Overall dimensions (L x W) are 47x17mm. This gemstone was acquired before "Devil Blue" started gaining popularity. I had originally intended to select a standard aquamarine, but amidst a tray of similarly priced loose stones, I noticed two with unusually striking colors. Driven by curiosity, I purchased them. It wasn't until much later that I began seeing similar stones appear on the market under a new name. At the time, I kept them aside precisely because their hue differed noticeably from the aquamarine I knew, intending them simply as personal reference stones. I never imagined they would eventually become recognized as a distinct variety in the commercial market. I've crafted them with my signature weaving and curved embellishments, hoping they find new companions in their revitalized form. ❖ Product photos are mostly taken in natural daylight. Dimensions are listed as Length x Width (x Thickness). ❖ Metalwork and sterling silver pieces do not come with a chain by default. For pairing, besides commercially available silver chains, pieces treated with antiqued sterling silver are also recommended with stainless steel chains for a harmonious color tone. ❖ During the wire weaving process, slight marks from pinching or cutting may occur due to handling pressure. These generally do not affect wearability. ❖ "Artistic Copper Wire" refers to craft-specific wire consisting of a copper core, plating, and a protective layer. "Red Copper Wire" and "Brass Wire" indicate bare copper wire (without plating). Sterling silver will be specified as 925 or 999 silver. ❖ Natural stones may inherently feature inclusions, patterns, or minor imperfections. Small flaws from drilling or polishing may also be present. ❖ Shipping is by default in simple packaging, including clean protective cushioning and a shipping bag. A resealable bag will also be provided for storage. 【Artistic Copper Wire Woven Jewelry】 ❖ Artistic copper wire is craft-specific wire composed of a copper core, plating, and a protective layer. With normal use and care, its color can be maintained for several years without significant change. ❖ Due to the plating and protective layer on the surface, please avoid using silver polishing cloths or toothpaste for cleaning, as this will rapidly wear away the plating. ❖ After wearing, please gently wipe away any moisture with a soft cloth (especially sweat) and store it in the provided resealable bag. ❖ Please try to avoid wearing these pieces during activities that cause heavy sweating, such as sports, or while visiting hot springs. This can accelerate wire degradation and may also damage the natural stones. 【Unplated Copper Wire / Sterling Silver Wire Woven Jewelry / Sterling Silver Metalwork Jewelry】 ❖ Red copper wire, brass wire, and sterling silver wire are all unplated. Natural oxidation is normal and will gradually transform the color to a patinaed bronze or silver hue. The color and rate of oxidation will vary with wear and individual body chemistry, which is part of the unique character of bare copper and silver wire jewelry. In terms of oxidation speed, red copper wire tends to patina more quickly (potentially within days to weeks), while brass and silver oxidize more slowly. ❖ Wire treated with a patina (antiquing) process will have a more stable color tone compared to untreated wire. However, polished areas will still naturally oxidize over time. ❖ If you wish to clean oxidized areas, you can generally use a silver polishing cloth or gently scrub with toothpaste, then dry thoroughly or use a hairdryer on a cool setting. ❖ After wearing, please wipe away any moisture with a soft cloth and store it in the provided resealable bag. ❖ Please try to avoid wearing these pieces during activities that cause heavy sweating, such as sports, or while visiting hot springs.
