How to measure for a gift?
● Measurement Method: Use a piece of thread (like sewing thread) to wrap around the wrist where the bracelet will be worn, ensuring a comfortable fit.
Then, straighten the thread and measure its length with a ruler in centimeters. Compare this measurement to our size chart.
● Inform our staff of your approximate height and weight. We can adjust the size at the store after completion if needed.

**Classes start with just one participant and are by appointment only.**
● To protect your rights, any changes to the schedule or cancellations must be notified at least three days before the class. No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. You may opt for a credit towards other products or classes.
● Samples are available for trying on at the store. You may also exchange your chosen design for another of the same price (subject to available materials). Exchanges for higher-priced items are possible with a price difference payment, but exchanges for lower-priced items are not eligible for refunds.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available space if you wish to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled class time for trying on samples. This helps prevent delays and ensures a smooth experience for everyone.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step. If a finished piece is irreparably flawed due to failure to follow instructions, a replacement material will require a separate purchase.
● The class duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with the complexity of the chosen design. You can take your finished piece home the same day.
