The creation process involves indigo dyeing, followed by discharge dyeing, stencil dyeing, and finally, a resist dyeing technique with indigo. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to variations in dye. Made with organic cotton, this piece is slightly lightweight, offering superb comfort and a soft feel against the skin. It’s designed to keep you cool during warmer months. "Stencil Dyeing" (Kata Suri Zome) This is a method where a stencil is fixed onto the fabric, and dye is applied by rubbing it in with a brush. It's a dyeing technique often seen in Edo Sarasa and Kata Yuzen. Each piece is meticulously hand-dyed and discharge-dyed, ensuring that no two are alike.
