One Marriage Certificate (must be signed or stamped by 2 witnesses aged 20 or above) 2. National Identity Cards of both parties. For foreign nationals, a passport is required. 3. Household Registration Booklets of both parties. 4. A recent 2-inch photograph (taken within the last 2 years) for each of the newlyweds (white background, ears and eyebrows visible). 5. Fee for replacement National Identity Card: NT$50 per card. 6. Fee for replacement Household Registration Booklet: NT$30 per copy. __◖ Registration Process & Notes ◗__ 1. Registration can be completed at any household registration office nationwide. 2. Both parties of the couple must be present in person. Witnesses do not need to be present; their signatures or stamps are sufficient beforehand. 3. Please note: If a witness uses a hyphenated surname (e.g., married name), ensure it is written exactly as it appears on their ID. 4. Upon arrival at the household registration office, please take a number ticket first. 5. When your number is called, proceed with registration, submitting all required documents and the completed marriage certificate. 6.
