Once the fabric is woven, it is then used to create the long wallet. This simple long wallet features one compartment for banknotes, four card slots, and a space for receipts or small items. This item is made to order, and the placement of the woven pattern on the fabric may vary slightly. Hand-woven fabric refers to the interlacing of one set of warp threads with one set of weft threads. The process from preparing the threads, setting up the loom, to actually beginning to weave takes approximately one full day. Once these steps are ready, the actual weaving commences, with weft threads slowly interlaced to form a long piece of fabric. The quantity of fabric produced is represented by the roll of fabric shown behind in the sixth photo. This fabric can be used to create other bag styles upon request; however, the fabric itself cannot be custom-ordered. Washing Instructions: Hand wash, gently pat dry with a towel to absorb excess water, can be air-dried in the sun.
