Silver, copper, and wires should avoid contact with moisture and other chemicals. You may also periodically send your items to us for professional care. ▍ After-Sales Service All products come with a 6-month warranty covering deformation, detachment, or breakage of ear needles or clips, and repairs to main components. Shipping costs for returns and re-shipments will be borne by the buyer. Repairs requiring in-person consultation must be scheduled in advance. Damage resulting from obvious improper use or excessive force will not be covered by this warranty. ▍ Returns & Exchanges With the exception of shipping errors or obvious defects, earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene considerations. Other items are eligible for one size exchange only, provided the desired size is in stock. If the desired size is unavailable, exchanges cannot be made, and return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. Return or exchange requests must be submitted within the 7-day appreciation period upon receipt of the item.
