Age Requirement: Recommended for ages 6 and up. (Participants aged 6-14 require full adult supervision and assistance throughout the workshop.)

* To ensure quality instruction, only registered participants are permitted in the workshop area. Please arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. Early arrivals may experience a wait.
(Participants aged 10-14 require one accompanying adult for the entire session; no additional fee for the co-creator.)
* To maintain the flow of the class for all participants, latecomers will not receive individual explanations. Please arrive on time.
For the benefit of other attendees, entry will be closed 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. Rescheduling is permitted once within two months.
* No food or drinks are allowed in the workshop area. Please bring covered beverages to prevent spills.
* Workshop sessions may be filmed and recorded for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you prefer not to be filmed, please inform a staff member upon arrival, and we will arrange to avoid capturing your image. By not informing us, you consent to Dottie Studio using images and footage of you and your creations for promotional purposes.
* The studio operates by appointment only. Bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled on the day of the workshop. Rescheduling or transferring your booking is permitted once within two months under the following circumstances:
1. Inclement weather: Government-declared work or school closures in the local area.
2. Unforeseen circumstances: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions preventing the workshop from proceeding.
3. Lateness (as outlined above).
4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents, which may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
