Well, this depends on  1.the frequency of use,  2.the intensity of your workouts, and  3.the surface on which you jump.  Generally speaking, Beads need to be replaced every month.  How to use:  Remove the handle by untying the knot and taking out the washer. Replace the worn-out beads with new ones. Thread the rope through the handle. Insert the washer before retying the knot. Make sure to leave a little space between the handles and the beads.
