Inform us of your Name / Registration Date / Class Session to request a color card, so we can prepare your materials in advance.
* To ensure teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed in the classroom. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class begins; please do not arrive too early to avoid waiting.
(For ages 10-15, one parent must accompany and assist throughout the session; no additional fee for co-creation.)
* We cannot provide individual explanations for latecomers during the knitting class; "please do not be late" to avoid disrupting other students' learning. To ensure the rights of other participants, entry will not be permitted for those arriving more than 10 minutes late. Rescheduling will be required.
* Food and drinks are not allowed in the classroom. Covered beverages are permitted, but please be careful not to spill.
* Classes will be filmed for marketing materials on our brand website. If you prefer not to be filmed, please inform staff on-site to avoid your appearance in the footage. By not informing us, you agree to Dottie Studio using images and videos of your likeness and creations.
* The studio operates by appointment only. Bookings are final, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled on the day of the class. Under the following circumstances, a reschedule or transfer (valid for two months) is allowed once:
1. Weather conditions: Government declares a work or school closure in your area.
2. Emergencies, such as power outages or equipment failure preventing the class from proceeding.
3. Tardiness.
4. Special circumstances: Illness, traffic accidents (discussable).
