Satisfying your desire for sheen, to the point of numbness (X It generally doesn't require special paper to produce sheen, but on Tomoe River, Kraft paper, Bank paper, or tracing paper, the effect is so strong that the original color might become obscured. ************* Sheen is the metallic reflection formed by ink condensation after drying. Shading refers to the variation in ink density during writing, and chromaticity refers to the colorful gradients after ink application. All ink effects are inherent and appear without external force or dilution. Ink Precautions: This ink is handmade, crafted from scratch using imported cosmetic-grade dyes from the UK. Please understand the characteristics of handmade inks; they still have a gap from commercially available branded inks. If replicated, the colors may not be perfectly reproduced. Due to the limitations in preservatives and other additives compared to commercial specifications, the ingredients are relatively natural. Therefore, when using, please avoid directly drawing ink with a fountain pen or using a dip pen to prevent contamination and mold. We remind you that untreated tap water contains various invisible bacteria, which are generally harmless but can cause degradation over time. If you need to use a dip pen, please dry it thoroughly after cleaning or use distilled water or boiled water as cleaning fluid. ----------------------------- All inks have undergone the following tests: Standing → Filtering → Filling into an F-nib fountain pen → Standing for one month The images have been adjusted as much as possible to minimize paper color influence, but ink colors may vary due to screen displays, photography techniques, paper types, and pen nib widths. Please do not request returns or exchanges due to color differences. ------------------------------ This ink is a shimmer ink. My handmade inks use pearl powder of 800 mesh or higher. The shimmer may not be comparable to other handmade inks on the market that emphasize shimmer colors. Fountain pens with F nibs or larger can be used for temporary filling. However, please do not use them in high-value fountain pens. All inks are free of binders. If you desire a thicker consistency for easier use with a dip pen, Arabic gum powder is available for purchase in the add-on section. However, it is common knowledge that adding shimmer to fountain pens carries a risk of clogging. If the ink is left unused for a long period, please clean the pen thoroughly to prevent blockage. If you are filling a fountain pen and do not want the shimmer, do not shake the bottle; only draw ink from the top layer. When the ink dries, the shimmer may rub off. It is recommended to apply a protective art spray to finished artwork for preservation. The inks I produce should not be mixed with each other to prevent precipitation. ----------------------------- The fragrances used in the ink are food-grade flavorings.
