Dough made from flour, natural butter, and water is chilled for half a day to mature, then carefully enveloped in cultured butter. After each rolling and folding, the dough must be refrigerated until thoroughly relaxed. This process is repeated six times with a three-fold technique, culminating in the creation of 730 layers of our signature pastry.
