We offer complimentary card printing services. Simply fill in your message on the checkout page, and we'll handle the layout and design with care! A care instruction card is included with every order, so you don't have to worry about how to look after your plant. Please refer to "Product Care Instructions." Depending on delivery conditions, the decorative stones may be packaged separately. Simply pour them into the pot upon arrival. For areas in and around the greater Taipei region, delivery will be via Lalamove on the same day. For more distant areas of Taipei and other cities, delivery will be via Black Cat Express the day before (delivery cannot be specified for Sundays or Mondays). For packaging and delivery inquiries, please refer to "Packaging and Delivery Methods." Please ensure you provide the recipient's name and phone number, and confirm that the recipient will be available to receive the delivery. We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or inability to make contact. The ordering party will be responsible for any return shipping costs. If you need to change your order details or delivery information, please contact us no later than 19:00 three days prior to the scheduled delivery date (see the bottom of the webpage).
