● Style Selection → The artisan will provide on-site instruction, guiding participants through the joy of traditional craftsmanship. The workshop includes engraving; English letters, numbers, and icons can be engraved (engraving may not be available for certain styles).
How to measure ring size as a gift?
● Measurement Method: Use a piece of thread (sewing thread) to wrap around the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring a comfortable fit.
Then, straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler. Compare this measurement to the size chart.
● Inform store staff of the recipient's approximate height and weight. Ring size adjustments can be made at the store after the ring is completed.

● To protect everyone's rights, if you wish to reschedule or cancel a confirmed workshop booking, please notify us at least three days prior to the scheduled class.
Cancellations or no-shows on the day of the workshop are non-refundable but can be exchanged for other products or classes.
● Samples are available for trying on at the store. Exchanges for styles of the same price are also possible (subject to available materials in stock).
You may also upgrade to a more expensive style by paying the difference, but no refunds will be issued for exchanges to less expensive styles.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available seating if you plan to bring accompanying guests.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled class time for check-in and trying on samples to avoid delays and ensure everyone's experience is smooth.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The artisan will first demonstrate the process and then guide you step-by-step.
If a finished piece has irreparable flaws due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
● Workshops typically last 1.5 to 2 hours, with the duration varying based on the complexity of the chosen style. Your creation can be taken home the same day.

★ During the workshop, please adhere to the artisan's instructions regarding safe equipment operation.
Female participants may be required to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after warnings will result in personal responsibility for any consequences.**
★ In the event of typhoons or other natural disasters on your scheduled workshop date, based on personal safety considerations, classes will be canceled according to government directives and rescheduled for a later date.
