How to measure ring size as a gift?
● Measurement Method: Use a piece of cotton thread (sewing thread) to wrap around the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring a snug fit.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler, then compare it to the size chart.
● Inform our store staff of your approximate height and weight. We can adjust the ring size at the store after it is made.

**Care Instructions**
• When not wearing your jewelry, clean it and store it in an airtight bag or box.
• Avoid wearing silver chains in hot springs, as this can cause tarnishing.
**How to Use Care Products**
★ To restore oxidized or tarnished silver: Gently brush the silver with a soft-bristled toothbrush, a small amount of toothpaste, and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth or a hairdryer. Use a silver polishing cloth to restore shine, making your silver look like new. The polishing cloth is for daily maintenance and can be used to polish metal surfaces.
★ Silver Cleaner
1. Dip the silver item into the silver cleaner for 3 to 5 seconds.
2. Remove the item from the silver cleaner and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
3. Dry the item with a soft cloth or a hairdryer.
4. Use a silver polishing cloth to restore shine and make the item look like new.
Important: Do not immerse vintage black finished items in silver cleaner, as this will remove the black finish and return it to its original silver color.

**Classes start with just one person and are by appointment only.**
● To protect your rights, any changes or cancellations to your workshop booking must be made at least three days prior to the scheduled class. Cancellations made on the day of the class or no-shows will not be refunded but can be converted to store credit for other products or classes.
● Samples are available for trying on at the store. Exchanges for styles of the same price are accepted (subject to availability of materials).
Exchanges for higher-priced items with a price difference are possible, but no refunds will be given for exchanges to lower-priced items.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available classroom space if you wish to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled class time for a trial fitting of samples to avoid delays and ensure the rights of all participants.
● During the workshop, each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step. If a finished product has irreparable flaws due to personal error in following instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying based on the complexity of the chosen style. Items can be taken home the same day.

★ During the workshop, please adhere to the instructor's guidance on equipment safety.
Female participants may be required to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after warnings will result in personal responsibility for any consequences.**
★ In the event of typhoons or other natural disasters on your scheduled class date, classes will be suspended in accordance with government regulations for your safety, and a new class date will be arranged.
