We are committed to preserving the natural character of the leather without covering these natural markings with chemical coatings. 2. The color of natural leather can vary slightly under different lighting conditions. Both camera and computer screen displays may show minor discrepancies. We use high-quality Hasselblad cameras to capture colors as accurately as possible, minimizing the difference. 3. It's normal for leather to get scratched during use, much like accidentally scratching your skin. This is especially true for vegetable-tanned leather, where marks are more noticeable. However, with prolonged use, or by rubbing with the natural oils from your fingers, scratches may fade or even disappear. This process contributes to the leather's patina, making it more storied and smooth over time. 4. Leather can be regularly maintained with leather oil. First, gently wipe away dust with a soft cloth, then apply leather oil. Allow the leather to absorb the oil, and then wipe off any excess with a clean, soft cloth. Using leather oil offers many benefits, including smoothing out scratches, maintaining a glossy finish, and protecting the leather from moisture and mold. For frequently used leather products, we recommend regular conditioning with leather oil or frequent handling to keep it moisturized. 5. Do not expose leather to direct sunlight for extended periods, as this can cause the color to fade and, in severe cases, lead to cracking due to the evaporation of oils and moisture. 6. Avoid prolonged contact with water, which can cause water stains. Dampness can also lead to mold. If it accidentally gets wet, dry it immediately. For extended outdoor use of leather products, regularly apply leather oil to ensure protection. **Sterling Silver Care Guide** 1. Sterling silver will naturally oxidize when exposed to air, gradually turning yellow. This is normal, and the shine can be restored with proper silver care. 2. Generally, silver jewelry should be stored in an airtight bag to minimize contact with air. However, it will still gradually turn yellow over time, and can be restored to its original luster through polishing. 3. Clean silver jewelry by rubbing it back and forth with a silver polishing cloth. The black residue on the cloth after polishing is normal. Do not use water, as it can damage the polishing agents. 4. After using the polishing cloth, remember to wash your hands to avoid contact with chemical components. 5. Silver is susceptible to sulfur corrosion.
