**【Handcrafted Poetry Directions】**
Address: No. 38, Lane 113, Section 1, Jiankang Road, South District, Tainan City.
1. For Tainan locals, you can ride a motorcycle or drive. Across from the McDonald's on Jiankang Road, there's a small slope. At the entrance, under a large tree, you'll see a sign for Zhuxi Village. Walk straight for about 60 meters, and you'll see the Handcrafted Poetry sign (don't go around to the riverside path in front, even though the pink flower maple trees are lovely).
* If you need parking, there's a parking lot between COFFEE DUET and ORO coffee shops nearby.
2. For visitors from out of town, it's about a 10-minute taxi ride from the train station. If you're taking a city bus, take bus number 5 from the train station and get off at the Zhuxi Temple stop (right next to the big tree). If you're arriving via the tourist bus or high-speed rail shuttle, it's a bit further; you'll need to get off at Yanping Junwang Temple, walk along Kaishan Road towards Fulian Road, and then towards Jiankang Road. Cross Jiankang Road, and you'll find the Zhuxi Village slope. You can do it!

【Helpful Reminders】
1. After placing your order, please check your email for the Pinkoi e-ticket for the workshop and confirm the item and time slot.
2. Participants must be 12 years or older.
3. Due to limited space and for the comfort and safety of participants, only ticket holders are permitted to attend the workshop. Those without tickets may not participate.
4. For handmade craft courses, two people cannot share one set of materials.
5. If, due to personal error during the process, materials are incorrectly made or damaged, participants may purchase replacement materials on-site (paying the difference) to continue their creation. We appreciate your understanding.
6. If you need to reschedule, please request a refund and re-purchase your ticket. (Please do so at least 5 days in advance.)
7. Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages caused by non-compliance will be the participant's responsibility.
8. Please arrive on time for the workshop. Late arrivals may affect your experience time. (Refunds are not possible on the day of the event.)
9. During the workshop, "Handcrafted Poetry" may take photos and videos of the event, which will be uploaded to our Facebook fan page or Instagram "Handcrafted Poetry" event page after the activity. Photos containing your likeness may be used for event documentation or other promotional purposes. Participants are welcome to download any photos of themselves. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the instructor on-site, and they will make arrangements.
【Refund Policy】
1. In the event of force majeure (e.g., typhoons causing work and school closures), Handcrafted Poetry will proactively contact you to arrange a reschedule or a refund.
2. For refunds due to personal reasons, a 30% handling fee will be charged. (If you encounter any inconvenience, we recommend contacting the metalworking instructor to reschedule, with one change permitted.)
3. No refunds will be issued within 5 days before the event.
4. After the customer places an order, please confirm the items and payment on the e-ticket. On-site, we can only accommodate additional charges, not refunds.
