・For rescheduling or cancellations, please notify us three days in advance. Cancellations on the day of the appointment are non-refundable. Rescheduling on the day will incur a 20% service fee.
・Rescheduling is limited to one instance.
・No chairs are provided; only a resting area is available.
・Store utensils are for cooking use only. Sharing desserts by eating directly from them is strictly prohibited.
・Seating arrangements will be made by staff based on the situation (customers from the same reservation will be seated together for the activity).
