We all know that taro purée doesn't retain its natural light purple hue; it turns a steely grey. To enhance the cake's visual appeal, I've added purple sweet potato powder. This natural purple from the sweet potato harmonizes beautifully with the taro, creating a delightful flavor profile that's both healthy and reminiscent of lavender. Due to the generous amount of taro paste, this cake is quite dense and filling, making it an excellent choice for breakfast.
