Usage and maintenance /
Leather products do not require special maintenance if they are used frequently. Instead, they can develop a texture that is unique to you. Cowhide has natural pores that allow it to breathe. If it is exposed to rain, please dry it in the shade.
Leather itself has natural lines/wrinkles and insect bite scars, which are not defects. DUAL will uphold the most rigorous attitude to check for customers and present the most authentic side of the leather without affecting the appearance.
Notes/
• Because everyone's computer screen is different, there will be a slight color difference between the actual product and the screen.
• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged
•For hand-dyed leather, it is normal for each batch to have slight color differences.
• The products are all hand-sewn, there will be some residual glue at the end of the stitching.
•Since the products are handmade, even with the same pattern, no two products are exactly the same, creating a unique and personal work.
