[Important Notes] - For printed products (e.g., marriage certificates, invitations, thank you cards, favor cards, stickers, etc.), we will send printed paper goods and will not provide digital files. - Different paper textures will result in different visual effects for print products. If you have a specific paper preference, please inquire before purchasing. - Drawing time typically takes around 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). The exact delivery time will be communicated in advance and may be adjusted based on the current order schedule and drawing complexity. - A preliminary draft with a watermarked line sketch will be provided. Minor adjustments are free of charge within 7 working days after the initial draft is submitted. - Drawings are based on reference photos (1 photo per person, 1 photo per pet). If you have specific modification requests, please inquire before purchasing whether they can be accommodated. - After production begins, modifications to the original reference photo, complex changes, or post-coloring edits (e.g., changing facial features, swapping reference photos, altering clothing, changing poses, adding unpictured body parts) will incur an additional fee. - If, after production begins, you request an entirely new concept or a redraw with new photos, this will be considered a new order and will require a separate purchase. - No modifications can be made once printing has commenced. - As these are custom-made products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Cash on delivery is also not available. - Finished products may be publicly displayed. If you wish to keep your finished product private, please inform us before purchasing. - Finished products will include the designer's small signature. Copyright belongs to the designer, Bear Star. - These illustrations are not for commercial use. For commercial inquiries, please contact the designer for a separate quote. - For custom printing, please notify us before placing your order for a separate quote. - Illustrations protected by copyright (e.g., Marvel, Disney) will not be drawn. - Personalized portraits are drawn based on the primary reference photo. Modifications to angles, clothing, styling, adding/removing people or objects, or completing missing parts will incur additional charges based on the situation. - If no contact is made within 30 days of order placement and payment, the order will be automatically closed. ◎ Notes for Custom Printing Orders - Once production begins, the content cannot be modified. - All printing is done using shared plate printing. We do not accept requests for proof matching or color sample matching. A color tolerance of within 15% is acceptable for printing. Orders will not be accepted from clients who do not agree to this. If independent plate printing is required, a separate setup fee will apply. - Shared plate printing uses CMYK color mode exclusively. Images for printing must be prepared in CMYK. If colors are filled using Pantone, RGB, or other special color modes, please convert them to CMYK yourself, or we can assist with the conversion. Please note that color shifts may occur during conversion, and we do not accept returns or reprints based on this. - To avoid cropping, please keep important text and graphics away from the edges. - Due to minor variations in the cutting process, perfect centering is not always possible, and slight offsets may occur.
