• Includes: Hands-on experience, all tools and materials, 300ML natural liquid soap, unlimited black tea or green tea.

• If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the session has commenced before proceeding with registration.
• Upon completing your order and checkout, your purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical ticket will be issued. Please arrive at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-class notification will be sent.
• Orders that are placed but not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and uncompleted orders will not be included in the participant list.
• After payment, if you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule, please contact us via our Facebook page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. Our refund and rescheduling policy is as follows:
• In accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes," as announced by the Consumer Protection Committee of the Executive Yuan:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, a 95% refund of the total paid fee will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, a 90% refund of the total paid fee will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, an 80% refund of the total paid fee will be issued.
• Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please actively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture of the option. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled time, please opt for a refund.
• For cancellations on the day of the class, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided, as instructors' materials and venue arrangements have already been completed. Non-attendance will be considered a forfeiture.
• To ensure the rights of other participants, arriving 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered a forfeiture.
• For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details (account name and number). All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
• Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
• Only ticket holders may participate. Unregistered individuals are not permitted to accompany or participate, unless it is a child requiring parental assistance or in special cases where parent-child participation is intended. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
• If the number of registered participants for a session does not reach 6 by two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and will notify participants to reschedule or receive a full refund.
• Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, punctuality is appreciated.
• No outside food or beverages are allowed in the workshop space. This class includes self-serve black tea or green tea.
• Participants must adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
• In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to reschedule or issue a refund.
• The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or future promotional activities.
• If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
