**【Time】**
3 hours, actual time may vary slightly depending on individual pace. It's recommended not to schedule urgent matters immediately after class.

**【Capacity】**
**Class held exclusively in Taichung, a minimum of four students required to form a class.** Group bookings are also welcome.
**If the minimum number of participants is not met, VIVI DESIGN reserves the right to cancel the session and notify students to reschedule or receive a refund.**

**►Respect Originality: The course and creations are for personal learning and use only. Commercial use of the course or creations is strictly prohibited!**
*Photography is permitted during the class for personal documentation; **no video recording is allowed**.
*Due to limited seating, **please do not bring guests**.
►Cancellation and Refund Policy
*Cancellations made **15 days prior** to the class date are eligible for a **full refund**.
*Cancellations made **10-14 days prior** to the class date will receive a **70% refund**.
*Cancellations made **7-10 days prior** to the class date will receive a **30% refund**.
*Cancellations made **within 7 days** of the class date are **non-refundable and non-reschedulable**. VIVI will complete the creation for you and ship it free of charge. You will still receive a unique handmade woven piece with your chosen color combination.
►Important Notes
*Limited spots are available. To ensure the rights of registered participants, spots are secured upon confirmation of payment and reconciliation.
*Please complete payment promptly after placing an order. **Orders will be automatically canceled if payment is not received by 6:00 PM, 2 days before the class.** Example: For a class on April 5th, payment must be completed by 6:00 PM on April 3rd.
*If the minimum number of participants (6 people) is not reached three days before the scheduled start date, VIVI DESIGN reserves the right to cancel the session or adjust the venue, and will notify students to **reschedule, change the venue, or receive a refund**.
*To ensure the smooth progress of the experience, **latecomers arriving 30 minutes after the start time will not be admitted and are non-refundable.** VIVI will complete the creation for you and ship it free of charge. You will still receive a unique handmade woven piece with your chosen color combination.
*As individual comprehension and speed vary, it is recommended to **allow an additional 0.5 hours after class and avoid scheduling urgent matters.**
►Other Information
*In case of natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances leading to class cancellation, VIVI DESIGN will proactively contact participants for a full refund or rescheduling. In the event of a typhoon, the cancellation standards announced by the event's location will be the basis for class operation and refunds, regardless of participants' locations.
*Photos and videos of the class may be taken for event documentation or promotional purposes. **If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us prior to the class**, and we will make special arrangements.
*Please adhere to venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. You will be responsible for any damages caused by violations.
*If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to VIVI DESIGN, **no refund will be provided**.
*In case of material shortages, **we reserve the right to substitute materials of equal value or adjust colors**.
*Color variations may occur due to different production batches, lighting during photography, and computer monitor settings.
*For environmental sustainability, **please bring your own reusable bag**.
