📝 Refund Policy:
To ensure fairness in event arrangements, please note the following policy:
1. If the workshop is canceled due to insufficient participants or other reasons by the organizer, a full refund will be issued.
2. Participants who request cancellation 7 days before the event (on or before October 19th) will receive a full refund.
3. Cancellations made within 4 to 6 days before the event (October 20th to 22nd) will receive a 50% refund.
4. Cancellations made 3 days before the event (October 23rd) or later, or failure to attend on the day, will not be refunded.
5. If the event is rescheduled due to adverse weather or other force majeure factors, your spot will be automatically reserved. If the rescheduled time is inconvenient, a full refund will be issued.
