Sweet and salty, fluffy and crunchy, creamy and buttery in one bite! **Salted egg sourced from local expert Hoi Yuen Egg Shop**, instead of red clay which is commonly used, Hoi Yuen uses wood ash in the fermentation, that results in sweeter, creamier and more fleshy yolk.
