We design your beloved pets/ figures into pop art style, then we add our in-house print design and beautiful colors to it to become a unique piece. We print the finished image on canvas fabric and mount on wooden frame to make a splendid art piece that capture your precious memorable moment! Our mission is to help and support pet owners by drawing their beloved pets who have crossed the rainbow bridge. We can even fulfil the needs of pet owners by combining pass away pets with currently keeping pets into one art piece. This is a very meaningful gift for pet owners. We hope each drawing can bring happiness and surprise to all of you! --------------------------------------------------------------- Order Details: Drawme Wow canvas size options as below, we provide hang-on-wall accessories, canvas can be rested on table nicely as decoration too 13x13cm (square) 19x19cm (square) 25x25cm (square) 18x13cm (rectangle) 28x19cm (rectangle) 34x25cm (rectangle) 1. Please contact us to talk about the drawing request and the details before putting an order in Pinkoi. After payment is done, we will start on the design process and refund cannot be made, thank you for your understanding. 2. Choose your favorite photo to send me (eg. pet, family, friends, etc…) 3. In the design, we will keep the requested pet/ figure of the given picture. Some of the background will be kept if it’s nice and aesthetic. Then we will design our signature print and add fancy color to the art piece. 4. During non-peak period, It takes about 7-10 days to complete the canvas (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays), it takes about 2-5 days more to send to designated address (depends on country) 5. Change photo is not appropriate once a photo is confirmed to draw and we have started the designing process. 6. We will send you the draft for your review. We include small amendment once only. Big amendment will have extra charges, from HK$50 or up each time. Extra charge depends on each amendment situation. (Drawme Wow has the final decision to change the drawing. Please trust my professional design and vision. If you insist on changing a picture, but you finally decide to choose the original one. You will still need to pay HK$50 fee) 7. We can custom your requested canvas size by adding HK$50 or up 8. Packaging gift box color options（Hermes orange, Tiffany blue, shocking pink, light pink, red, black) 9. Promotion special package (a canvas + phone case $950) 10. Two or few photos combine into one drawing will have extra charge because combining takes extra time and effort to design and create.
