Defective Item Process If, upon opening the package, you discover that the product is unusable due to manufacturing defects or missing components, we offer a "thirty-day replacement period for defective items." We only offer item-specific replacements for certain defective products and do not provide full set exchanges. **Clause 2** Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders.
