Necklace with Vintage Aurora Beads, White Dice Beads, Granulated Brass, Freshwater Pearls, and Various White Beads

This necklace is crafted by connecting vintage aurora beads, white dice beads, granulated brass, freshwater pearls, and a variety of white beads. The multifaceted beads are vintage pieces from the Czech Republic or France. A subtle, aurora-like shimmer graces their surfaces, catching the light on every facet. Unlike modern beads where this shimmer can be quite pronounced, the vintage ones possess a much softer glow, appearing almost clear at first glance. While these beads are in relatively good condition, some may show minor scratches or slight wear on the aurora coating. Small accents have been added near the clasp. (Aurora bead size: approx. 0.7cm height, 0.8cm width - largest) Included are Bohemian dice beads, dating back to the early 20th century. As their name suggests, they resemble dice. Freshwater pearls, each with its own unique character, are strung together. The striped beads are known as "gooseberry" beads, antique Venetian beads from the 19th-20th century. They are named for their resemblance to the fruit of the gooseberry bush. The white beads are antique Venetian beads, each with a distinct shape and a rich, expressive quality. The perfectly round beads are made of Howlite Turquoise and Mother-of-Pearl. The slightly translucent, milky white beads are also antique Venetian beads. The elongated beads are vintage French beads, known as "Sufle" beads, which have a hollow interior. The clasp is an S-hook, allowing for versatile wear.
