Unevenness in hand-sprayed color is a normal occurrence. • For sprayed or dyed fruits (white/distressed white/gold/silver/rose gold/platinum/antique bronze/red), uneven coloring or minor shedding during the coloring process are considered normal. • All items are handmade, and measurements may vary slightly. The actual dimensions will have a tolerance of 1-3cm. Orders are meticulously crafted upon receipt, and returns or exchanges due to size discrepancies will not be accepted. • Each floral element is a product of nature. We use natural dried flowers and preserved flowers, which may not be flawless or perfectly symmetrical. They can also undergo unforeseen changes due to temperature, humidity, and other factors. • Product photos are taken in kind. Slight color variations may occur depending on your computer or mobile display. We will respond as soon as possible. | Care Instructions | ・Please place in a well-ventilated, dry area away from direct sunlight. Humid environments can cause preserved flower petals to appear translucent, while dried flowers may become moldy. Direct sunlight can accelerate color fading. ・If preserved flower petals appear translucent, they can often be restored by using a dehumidifier or desiccant. ・Vibrant or dark colors of preserved flowers, such as red or black, can easily stain other floral materials. When placing them in your space, try to avoid direct contact with walls or wooden surfaces to prevent staining. Please ensure you are comfortable with this possibility before ordering. ・If there is dust on the flowers, gently brush it off with a small brush. | Shipping Notes | ・Some items are available as in-stock inventory at our physical store.
