1. If you cannot find available slots for the day of your reservation or have inquiries, please message us directly.

3. Design changes are permitted on-site, but only an additional payment for the difference is accepted; no refunds will be issued.
4. **Additional purchases available on-site:** Gemstone setting, thickness and width adjustments, further design modifications, plating, casting in platinum, rose gold, etc.
5. For gifts, ring size adjustments are free once.
6. For couples, simply select a quantity of 2.
7. If one person wishes to make two rings, please select a quantity of 2 and note this in your order so the instructor can assist you.

Former Industrial Designer for a major computer brand, Designer for 3CO Ceramic brand, and Brand Designer for a leading Taiwanese bathroom manufacturer.
Participated in Taiwan Designers Week from 2008 to 2011.
Received the Bronze Award for Fashion in the Taipei County Cultural and Creative Featured Products in 2010.
Founded the Choccy Jewelry brand in 2010, creating poetic handcrafted jewelry with elegant, luxurious, and delicate craftsmanship. Established the Knock-Knock Metalworking physical store in 2016, consecutively winning awards for Hsinchu's Featured Excellent Stores from 2017 to 2019. Exhibited at the 2018 Hsinchu 300 Expo. Yvonne shares her extensive professional design expertise, leading the Knock-Knock team to deliver warmth through handcrafted jewelry with elegant and quality service.
Has been invited to lecture at Science Park, Taiwan, the P.A.C.E. ▶ Reservation Details
・If you are unable to attend after payment, you may request a refund through the order system, subject to a 30% charge for all incurred expenses. As designers need to prepare materials ten days prior to the event, cancellations within ten days of the event date are not accepted.
**・Upon successful booking, Knock-Knock Metalworking will send you a confirmation of your reservation via internal message.**
**。On the day of the event, please present your successful booking notification or order confirmation at the registration desk for entry.**
**。If you cancel due to personal reasons, a 30% handling fee will be charged.**
。Cancellations made 10 days prior to the event date (excluding the event date) will receive a refund after deducting the handling fee. The handling fee varies depending on the payment method.
。Cancellations made within 10 days prior to the event date up to the event date are not accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
。We recommend transferring your spot if you need to cancel within 10 days prior to the event. Please inform us of the name and contact information of the proxy participant.
。For rescheduling, please provide at least 7 days' notice. Failure to do so may result in the inability to change your appointment time. On-the-day changes will be considered forfeiture of the class.
。Rescheduling options are subject to the shop's policy.
。In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, Knock-Knock Metalworking will proactively contact you to arrange for postponement or exchange options.
