The tea gardens are managed with professional manual techniques, harvesting the tender buds of high-mountain tea trees. Through the tea master's unique skills in controlling tea fermentation, and a time-consuming, low-temperature light roasting process, a subtle hint of fire aroma is achieved. This process perfectly showcases the distinctive honeyed flavor from the small green leafhopper's interaction with the tea leaves. The amber-colored liquor offers a delicate honey aroma upon the first sip, leaving a sweet, faint floral fragrance in the mouth after swallowing. Aged tea stored for 10 years offers a unique flavor profile.
