・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・Upon completing your order and checkout, your purchase details serve as proof of registration. No physical ticket will be issued. Please arrive directly at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-class notification will be sent.
・Orders that are not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Once a session is full, enrollment will be closed immediately, and orders without checkout will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02)2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The following refund policy applies:
・According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act for Supplementary Education" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for the Administration of Short-Term Tutoring Classes," as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted more than sixty days before the class starts, 95% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, 80% of the actual paid fee will be refunded.
・Rescheduling is permitted once and must be within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot comply with the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
・On the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements have been completed, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. Participants who do not show up will be considered to have forfeited their spot.
・To protect the rights of other participants, those who arrive more than 15 minutes late after the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited their spot.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details (account number and name). Refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unpaid companions are not permitted to attend or join unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity, or in special cases where a parent and child are to participate together. Please contact the venue in advance for such exceptions.
・If the number of registered participants for a session does not reach 6 two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and will notify participants to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the on-site instructor.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or a full refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in such materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
