▶ Important Notes ・If you register the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before proceeding with your registration. ・Upon completing your order and checkout, your purchase receipt serves as confirmation of your registration. No physical tickets will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent. ・Unpaid orders are considered incomplete registrations. Once a session is full, no further spots will be taken. Unpaid orders will not be included in the participant list. ・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows: - In accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Supplementary Schools, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee: A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class commencement date, 95% of the total actual payment will be refunded. B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class commencement date, 90% of the total actual payment will be refunded. C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class commencement date, 80% of the total actual payment will be refunded. - Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your preferred new date. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture of the rescheduling option. If you cannot comply with the rescheduling timeline, please opt for a refund. - On the day of the class, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted due to material preparation and venue arrangements. Participants who do not show up will be considered to have forfeited their spot. - To ensure the rights of other participants, anyone arriving more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited their spot. - For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details (account number and name). Refunds will be processed via cash transfer. ・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event. ・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Those without tickets may not accompany participants or join the activity, unless a child requires assistance from a parent to complete the activity independently, or in special cases where parent-child participation is approved. Please call the venue in advance to inquire. ・If the number of registered participants for a session falls below 6 by two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a rescheduling option or a full refund. ・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late. ・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. ・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund. ・The organizer may take photos and videos during the workshop for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
