Gently place the cut-out pattern onto the desired surface. 4. Use a tool to evenly and firmly rub over the pattern (e.g., the end of a pen, a popsicle stick; avoid sharp objects). 5. Carefully peel off the transparent film to complete the transfer (it's recommended to lift a corner of the film first to check if the pattern is fully transferred.
