Boy's Day Decoration - Carp Flag Ladder

The reason for hanging the carp streamer comes from the ancient folklore of "Carp Leaping over the Dragon's Gate". According to legend, although the carp in the Yellow River live in the turbid water environment, as long as they endure it, they will leap to the sky and transform into a dragon as long as they jump over the dragon gate. This allusion has also influenced Japan, where the carp banner in the sky symbolizes that the boy in the family can overcome hardships and become a dragon like a carp. I hope that my children can cross the rapids and thrive like a carp.
